• Under graduate degree or Relevant tertiary qualification
• Human Resources: Hons degree – majors in Industrial Psychology or Psycometry
• Risk Analyst: BCom degree – majors in finance, economist, accounting or project management
• Ms Office, Outlook, MS Projects
• Excellent presentation skills
