Job Description:
GIBB (Pty) LTD, South Africa’s leading consulting engineering company is looking for a Junior HR Assistant. The Junior HR Assistant will provide HR administration and support recruiting efforts to the HR Consultant based in Cape Town. Duration of contract is 6 months.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- BCom Human Resources / National Diploma /
- studying towards an HR qualification / needing to complete in-service training
- Basic knowledge of the BCEA and LRA Acts
- Strong verbal and written expression and comprehension
- Good inter/intrapersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
Your key performance areas will include, but will not be limited to:
- Screening of CV’s
- Maintain CV, assessment database
- Co-ordinate interview process
- Administer Testing
- Assisting with bursary application process
- Assist in co-ordinating Cape Town office training
