The Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Achieving the required pass mark for all assessments and portfolio of evidence
- Learning corporate environment technicalities and skills
- Gaining medical administration ability and knowledge
- Capturing and processing of all incoming paper image and EDI Claims
- Ensuring that all incoming claims are paid to the rules of the Medical Schemes Act and the Scheme Rules
- Achieving predetermined standards and quality levels
- Repricing of claims and or preparation of international claims where applicable
- Quality control to ensure error rate is minimised
- Escalating of queries where necessary for further investigation
- Filing of documentation when the need arises
The applicant should meet these requirements:
- In order to be considered you must hold a grade 12 certificate with
- Mathematics,English, Afrikaans and or one African language.
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Must be currently unemployed and prepared to render services and obtain practical experience
- Focused and attention to detail
- Must not be on a leanership
- Must not be on full time study
