NEMISA: Learnership Programme 2012

Do you have a friends from high school who couldn’t make it to varsity? I think this programme might help them out. So, please share…

How to apply

Completed application forms should be sent to the provided address below.  In addition, applicants need to include the following:

  • 1 x ID Photographs
  • 1 x Certified copies of the South African ID
  • 1 x Certified copies of  Matric certificate/NQF Level 4 Qualification (or at least a Grade 12 report card)
  • 1 x Certified copies of the latest Academic Qualification (if post-Matric)
  • Motivation Essay – (Cover letter)
  • A letter of Reference (this could be from a School Teacher/Principal/Religious Leader)
  • Application Portfolio (for Graphic Design and Animation applicants only)

NEMISA will process applications and inform applicants in writing of their admission status and whether any documentation is still outstanding. Applications will also receive a reference number and must use this number in all future correspondence with NEMISA.

Once NEMISA is satisfied that applicants meet all the admission requirements they will receive a provisional/conditional admission letter from the faculty.

    next year will there be other learnerships like this one that closed a while back?is it possible to apply at NEMISA for courses early next year?

    Do you offer accomodation to people of other provinces like the free state or eastern cape etc? And what is the maximum number of students do you take per year

    I am from Lesotho and I would like to know if I can apply by any means for the bursary and study in SA

      Hi,

      Please note that this bursary has closed at the end of August.

      The answer to your question depends on individual bursaries. There are bursaries that take students from SADEC countries only and there are others that take students from South Africa only. So, reading the individual bursaries might help…
