Job Description
The JD[i] Group Birthing Talent Strategy is aimed at ensuring a consistent approach of talent in order to meet future needs by targeting students through the Graduate Programmes. The Graduate Programme is a year-long developmental programme which builds and optimises talent capacity through learning and developmental practices and opportunities.

Selection process
Step 1: Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for a one-on-one screening interview.
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a role-play case study assessment exercise
Step 3: Then further shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the selected stakeholders. This interview will take place inform of a panel interview
Step 4: Then successful shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a leadership assessment.
Step 5: Offers will be made to successful candidates who will be invited to sign the necessary documents.
Applicants should have obtained a 60% average for all their modules and they should be able to relate to the following personal characteristics:
- I am engaged
- I am empowered
- I am energised
- I am enabled
- I am JD Group
Application documents required:
- Motivational letter
- The motivational letter should be a 200 word description of how the applicant has impacted his or her community.
- The motivational letter should be accompanied by at least three references of persons who could be contacted with regards to the applicant’s contribution to his or her community
- At least one testimonial letter from the references should be accompany the application
- CV.
- Certified Copy of ID.
- Certified copy of academic transcript.
