What must you have to qualify for this position:
- minimum one year PR agency experience essential
- minimum of a diploma in public relations
- ability to multi-task
- be well-groomed, well-spoken and professional at all times
- excellent writing ability (if you have a technology experience even better)
- MS Office literacy is essential
- own reliable transport is essential
- good communication and organisational ability is essential
You will be expected to:
- manage clipping on monitoring SA
- prepare for filing
- attend PR meetings and taking minutes
- prepare reports and clippings for each meeting
- prepare PR updates,
- prepare PR activity report and IT Web VPO reports for client meetings
- arrange product reviews
- research
- own administration
- brief writing
- meeting deadlines
- coordinating interviews with the media
- get releases approved by clients
- client relationships building
- press releases
