Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s) :

• 3 year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of Eskom’s conditions of service (COS) and remuneration
• Control payroll
• Assist management with employees financial, social and personal problems, provide advise and information where possible and identify and assist with the referral specialists
• Manage information and data
• Maintain organisation management system
• Supervise staff
• Perform any legitimate activity as required
