Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s) :
- 3 year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of Eskom’s conditions of service (COS) and remuneration
- Control payroll
- Assist management with employees financial, social and personal problems, provide advise and information where possible and identify and assist with the referral specialists
- Manage information and data
- Maintain organisation management system
- Supervise staff
- Perform any legitimate activity as required
